What do you mean by complimentary scratch removal?

On Luxella's behalf, our team will remove all surface level scratches that may appear on your vehicle no matter the location, excluding any glass! This service is complimentary.

Do you only detail luxury and exotic cars?

No! We detail all different types of makes and models!

Are you able to detail cars with custom wraps, carbon fiber, or custom paint?

Yes, absolutely we are! We can detail anything customized on your vehicle, or factory made!

Are you guys able to detail at both home locations and a commercial site?

Absolutely! Please be sure that there is an open location for both, our vehicle, and your vehicle!

No, we do not require any security deposit!

Yes! We are both insured and bonded.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be issued if notified 48 hours prior to your reservation time. Anything past this 48 hour mark will result in only a 50% refund.
